I saw on a TV program that a couple who emigrated to Tochigi prefecture in Japan aimed to become a farmer. Vegetable delivery is basically available in some areas of Tochigi prefecture. This time I was able to order special vegetables. As for vegetables, 10 kinds of seasonal vegetables were in a delivery box. They wash the soil and mud so that I can cook immediately.
All the vegetables were fresh and delicious, but especially the “Ayame turnips (purple one)” were really delicious. It was so sweet and I can eat raw Ayame turnips so that I can taste the sweetness.
